| 摘 要: 采用问卷、访谈调查和文献调查相结合的方法，对东莞市电子信息技术人才需求进行了详细的调查，运用 聚类分析等方法对调查的原始数据进行了分析，得出了近三年来东莞市电子信息行业人才岗位需求和供给的现状与趋 势、各专业具体人才需求供给的分布结构特征及相应的就业压力，为探索适应东莞改革新形势的高职实用型、技能型电 子信息技术人才培养提供了参考依据。 |

| Abstract: In this article,we investigate and research the electronic information technology talent demand in Dongguan from questionnaire investigation,interview investigation and literature survey methods.Using cluster analysis and other methods for the original data,we come out the nearly three years of Dongguan City electronic information industry talents job demand and supply status,distribution and structure characteristics of the major talent and its corresponding employment pressure,in order to explore the Dongguan new situation of the reform of higher vocational practical,skill type electronic information technology talent training to provide a reference. |
