| 摘 要: 本文在分析目前软件服务外包人才培养现状的基础上，针对高校软件服务外包人才培养中存在的课程体系 缺乏针对性及学生素质训练不足等问题，结合应用型本科院校自身的特点，在优化软件服务外包人才培养方案和课程 体系，采用多样化校企合作模式构建全方位校企合作平台，通过创新项目和学科竞赛提高学生综合素质方面进行了有 效探索。 |
