基于BERTopic模型和CiteSpace的远程教育主题演化分析

摘 要: 多媒体技术、计算机技术以及互联网的快速发展为远程教育的发展提供了技术支持。探索远程教育的发展现状以及热点前沿,以期为后来的研究者提供有效参考。检索 WoS(WebofScience)核心数据库关于远程教育文献,运用BERTopic主题模型以及CiteSpace可视化分析工具对相关文献进行主题分析,并对发展趋势进行研判。模型共生成113个主题,后经人工筛选分为3个主题,即远程教育应用研究、远程教育的特征以及远程教育情感研究。热点前沿主要为#0oactivelearning、#3universitystudent、#6mobilelearing和#10equitableaccess。从主题演化和热点前沿分析可知,远程教育凭借着海量且优质的课程资源受到了大众的青睐,同时其呈现形式受到了科技的影响。

Evolutionary Analysis of Distance Education Themes Based on BERTopic Model and CiteSpace

Abstract: The rapid development of multimedia technology, computer technology and the Internet has provided technical support for the development of distance education. This study explores the current development status and hot frontiers of distance education, aiming to provide effective references for future researchers. Literature on distance education was retrieved from the WoS (Web of Science) Core Collection database. The BERTopic topic model and CiteSpace visualization analysis tool were used to conduct thematic analysis of the literature and analyze development trends. The model generated a total of 113 themes, which were then manually screened and classified into three categories: distance education application research, characteristics of distance education, and emotional research in distance education. The main hot frontiers include #0 active learning, #3 university student, #6 mobile learning, and #10 equitable access. Analysis of theme evolution and hot frontiers reveals that distance education has gained popularity among the public due to its massive and high-quality course resources, while its presentation form has been continuously shaped by technological advancements.
