| 摘 要: 为了增强预警信息的实时性与互动性,推动气象预警系统的智能化与业务化应用,强化应急响应与联动机制,设计并实现了一种基于5G消息技术的突发气象灾害预警系统。系统融合了多源异构数据采集与智能融合、人工智能驱动的动态预警生成、精准信息推送以及端到端安全防护等核心模块;构建了覆盖灾害监测-预警生成-信息触达-反馈闭环的全流程技术方案;实现了对暴雨、洪涝等突发极端气象灾害的实时监测与快速响应。通过整合5G消息技术优势,可显著提升预警信息的覆盖范围和公众响应效果,用户反馈满意度高达92%,为公共安全应急提供了强有力的技术支撑。 |

| Abstract: To enhance the rea-l time and interactive capabilities of early warning information, promote the intelligent and operational application of meteorological early warning systems, and strengthen emergency response and coordination mechanisms, this paper designs and implements an early warning system for emergency meteorological disasters based on 5G messaging technology. The system integrates core modules such as mult-i source heterogeneous data collection and intelligent fusion, A-I driven dynamic early warning generation, precise information push, and end-to-end security protection. It establishes a comprehensive technical solution covering the entire process from disaster monitoring and early warning generation to information delivery and feedback closure, enabling rea-l time monitoring and rapid response to sudden extreme meteorological disasters such as heavy rain and floods. By leveraging the advantages of 5G messaging technology, the system significantly enhances the coverage of early warning information and the effectiveness of public response, with user feedback satisfaction reaching 92% . This provides robust technical support for public safety emergency management. |
