| 摘 要: 足底动静脉脉冲气泵系统是可加压于足底静脉丛,产生高速血流,对静脉进行冲刷,防止血栓形成,预防深静脉血栓形成的装置。针对现有设备存在的气压控制精度不足、响应速度慢以及未考虑温度对血栓形成的抑制作用等问题,开发了一种新型瞬时脉冲足底静脉泵的智慧医疗设备。当目标压力设定为10kPa时,根据下肢静脉血流的典型生理参数、气压测量电路、均方根(RMS)数据处理以及模糊 PID控制算法,成功搭建了硬件电路和软件控制平台。该新型足底静脉泵能够在0.3s内产生50~200mmHg的压力,压力在2s内趋于稳定,超调量控制在5mmHg以内。这表明相较现有设备,系统气压上升时间缩短5%,气压调节时间缩短33.33%。 |

| Abstract: The plantar arteriovenous pulse air pump system is a device that pressurizes the plantar venous plexus to produce high- speed blood flow and flush the veins, thereby preventing thrombosis and deep vein thrombosis.Aiming at the problems of existing equipment, such as low precision in air pressure control, slow response speed, and neglect of the inhibitory effect of temperature on thrombosis, this paper develops a new intelligent medical device: an instantaneous pulse plantar venous pump. When the target pressure is set to 10 kPa, the hardware circuit and software control platform are successfully established based on the typical physiological parameters of venous blood flow in the lower limbs, the pneumatic measurement circuit, root mean square (RMS) data processing, and the fuzzy PID control algorithm. The novel plantar venous pump can generate a pressure of 50~200 mmHg within 0.3 s, with the pressure stabilizing within 2 s and the overshoot controlled within 5 mmHg. Compared with existing devices, the pressure rise time of the system is shortened by 5% , and the pressure regulation time is reduced by 33.33%. |
