| 摘 要: 针对电磁式选针器在针织圆纬机上长时间运行时发生老化依靠传统人工检测效率低以及不准确的问题,本文提出设计一种基于红外传感器的电磁选针器实时检测系统。通过设计检测装置,利用红外传感器采集电磁式选针器的刀头信息快速判断刀头状态通过上位机实时显示。上位机系统采取QT进行界面开发,以TCP/IP协议作为上位机与下位机的指令传输与执行总线,CAN总线协议作为选针器驱动控制和检测装置的数据上传协议。结果表明,该方法设计的电磁式选针器失效检测系统搭建后,使用工厂中正常运行的选针器进行测试,该系统能够快速检测选针器的刀头状态,准确率在96%以上,长时间运行稳定,能够满足工厂的实际测试需求。 |

| Abstract: To address the problem of low efficiency and inaccuracy in traditional manual detection of aging electromagnetic needle selectors during long-term operation on circular knitting machines, this paper proposes a real-time detection system for electromagnetic needle selectors based on infrared sensors. The system utilizes an infrared sensor to collect information from the needle head of the electromagnetic needle selector, quickly determining its status and displaying it in real-time on a host computer. The host computer system uses QT for interface development, with TCP/IP as the command transmission and execution bus between the host and slave computers, and CAN bus protocol as the data upload protocol for the needle selector drive control and detection device. Results show that the electromagnetic needle selector failure detection system designed using this method, tested with a normally functioning needle selector in a factory, can quickly detect the needle head status with an accuracy rate exceeding 96%, exhibits stable long-term operation, and meets the actual testing needs of the factory. |
