一种面向反光曲面的多线结构光OC-Steger激光条纹中心提取方法

摘 要: 在反光曲面测量中,多线结构光容易受到镜面反射和伪线结构干扰,导致传统Steger算法提取出现断裂、粘连与误检。针对这一问题,提出了一种面向封头反光曲面的OC-Steger(Orientation-Consistency and Chain-Tracking Steger Algorithm)激光条纹中心提取方法。该方法在Steger算法的基础上,引入方向(Orientation)一致性约束,并结合链条(Chain)追踪机制,随后通过拟合插值增强中心线连续性。实验结果表明,在5组强反光样本中,OC-Steger可稳定输出20条连通链条,与实际激光器投射条纹数一致,而传统Steger仅为15.2条,灰度重心法则误检严重。在进一步的三维重建验证中,实际光平面数为50条时,灰度重心法与Steger法分别得到71条和40条条纹簇,均无法匹配,而OC-Steger稳定得到50条,可实现有效三维重建。

A Multi-Line Structured Light Stripe Center Extraction Method for Reflective Surfaces Based on the OC-Steger Algorithm

Abstract: In reflective-surface measurement, multi-line structured light is prone to specular reflections and pseudo-line interference, which degrades stripe center extraction using the conventional Steger algorithm. To address this issue, an OC-Steger (Orientation-Consistency and Chain-Tracking Steger Algorithm) laser stripe center extraction method is proposed for reflective end-cap surfaces. The method introduces an orientation-consistency constraint and a chain-tracking mechanism on top of Steger, and applies fitting and interpolation to enhance centerline continuity. On five strongly reflective samples, OC-Steger stably outputs 20 connected chains, consistent with the projected stripe number, whereas Steger yields 15.2 and the grayscale centroid method produces severe false detections. In 3D reconstruction validation with 50 light planes, OC-Steger produces 50 stripe clusters, while the grayscale centroid method and Steger produce 71 and 40, respectively, leading to matching failures.
