面向工业基础数据的产线节拍边缘存储系统研究

摘 要: 文章分析了工业互联网装备运行数据特点,提出了基于生产节拍的数据抽象,并基于此提出一种边缘存储解决方案———工业装备数据库。首先,探讨了工业装备数据库部署场景和存储原理,主要介绍存储引擎、查询引擎等模块的设计。其次,针对生产节拍专门设计了缓冲和磁盘写入策略,在数据持续插入方面具有远高于常见关系型数据库的吞吐量。此外,特殊优化的索引和缓存模块赋予了工业装备数据库针对此类型数据的优异的查询性能,在持续随机时间范围查询中相较于IoTDB(Database for Internet of Things)领先57.3%以上。

Research on Edge Storage System for Production Line Rhythm Based on Industrial Foundation Data

Abstract: After analyzing the characteristics of operational data from industrial Internet equipment and proposing a data abstraction based on production rhythm, this paper proposes an edge storage solution called the Industrial Equipment Database (IEDB). Firstly, the deployment scenarios and storage principles of the Industrial Equipment Database are discussed, with a focus on the design of modules such as the storage engine and query engine. Secondly, a buffering and disk writing strategy specifically tailored for production beats is designed, achieving a throughput far superior to that of common relational databases in terms of continuous data insertion. Additionally, specially optimized indexing and caching modules endow the Industrial Equipment Database with superior query performance for this type of data, outperforming IoTDB (Database for Internet of Things) by more than 57.3% in continuous random time-range queries.
