| 摘 要: 随着计算机网络技术的快速发展，大数据时代逐渐来临，高校组织的传统人事管理机制已经无法满足当 前时代的发展需求。在高等职业院校的发展过程中，必须加强构建人事管理信息平台。通过利用SOA架构来构建人事管 理信息平台，能够使高校人事管理更加科学、规范，提高人事管理的整体效率，而且能够实现对人事信息的系统化、自 动化管理。基于此，本文针对SOA架构下的高校人事管理信息平台构建展开了深入研究，并提出了具体的设计建议。 |

| Abstract: With the rapid development of computer network technology and the advent of the big data era,the traditional personnel management system can't meet the current requirements of development in colleges and universities.During the development of higher vocational colleges,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of the personnel management information platform.With the application of Service Oriented Architecture(SOA),the personnel management information platform can be constructed to make enterprise personnel management more scientific and standard,improve the overall efficiency of personnel management,and achieve the systematic and automatic personal information management.Based on this,this paper carries out a thorough research on the construction of the personnel management information platform based on SOA,and puts forward specific design suggestions. |
