| 摘 要: 目前，监狱监管越来越趋于智能化[1]。针对监狱劳动改造现场管理信息化程度不高、劳动现场流动人员活 动范围大，异常动态不易精确定位或监狱内部生产车间管理不精细等问题，监狱智能化劳动改造信息系统将MES技术应 用到监狱的生产现场管理，建成多方位管控的智能应用平台，将大大提高劳动改造领域的信息化程度，较好地解决生产 成效与矫正成果的关联，促进服刑人员改造质量的提高，为打造智能化现代文明监狱奠定坚实的基础。 |

| Abstract: At present,the prison regulation is becoming more and more intelligent.But there are still some problems to be considered.For example,the management informatization degree is not high enough in prison labor reform fields,the range of personnel activities is large,abnormal activities are not easy to precisely locate,and the prison workshop management needs to be improved.In view of the above problems,the paper deigns an intelligent prison labor reform information system to apply MES technology into the prison production field management,and constructs a new intelligent multidirectional management and control application platform.The system effectively raises the infomratization degree of the prison labor reform field,achieves the association between production performance and correction results,improves the reform quality of prisoners,and lays a solid foundation for the construction of modern civilized intelligent prisons. |
