| Abstract: The nlme package is developed based on GLS (Generalized Least Squares) methods and LME (Linear Mixed Effects) models,which can perform generalized linear and non-linear mixed meta-analysis on R-software. During the network meta-analysis of the nlme package,data will be translated in order to perform the following computation.The paper introduces the network meta-analysis process of the nlme package in R-software and elaborates on the core steps of data translation. |
